The 3M-9374 Perfect-It Fust Cut Compound is a fast-acting, quick-cut ointment that removes abrasive lines from factory colors or refined surfaces leaving a very good first polish.
It can be used with or without water.
Apply with the sponge (1500-2000rpm) with the green sponge (50487) or the orange sponge (9550).
For best results, complete the polishing process with 3M - Perfect-It III Extra Fine Compound (80349) and the yellow sponge (50488) or black (9378).
For anti-scratch varnishes, we first use Fast Cut Plus 50417 with white fur (1927) and then apply Extra Fine Compound 80349 to the green or orange sponge.
